Ten-step Design with Full-range Coverage This calibration block adopts a 10-step structure, with a thickness range covering 1 - 10mm (increasing by 1mm each step) or 2 - 20mm (increasing by 2mm each step). It can complete the full-range linear calibration of the ultrasonic thickness gauge (UT) from thin-walled to medium-thick-walled in one go. For example, if the 1 - 10mm specification is selected, the thickness of each step is 1mm, 2mm... 10mm in sequence, which can accurately verify the measurement accuracy of the equipment at small thicknesses (such as thin plates) and conventional thicknesses (such as pipes). This design avoids the limitations of single-point calibration and eliminates the differences in sound velocity and probe delay errors through multiple-step reflecting surfaces. 2. Adaptability to Dual Materials and Standard Compatibility</b> The product provides two materials, carbon steel (such as 1018 steel) and stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel) simultaneously, adapting to the inspection needs of different industrial scenarios: Carbon Steel Version: With a carbon content of approximately 0.18% - 0.20%, it complies with domestic and American low-carbon steel standards and is suitable for the calibration of conventional metal structural parts (such as pressure vessels and pipes). |
