Four-step Segmented Calibration Design This calibration block adopts a 4-step structure, with a thickness range covering 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm (or other specifications can be customized according to actual needs, such as 6.25mm, 12.5mm, etc.). It is specifically designed for the linear calibration of ultrasonic thickness gauges (UT). For example, the 3mm and 5mm steps can verify the measurement accuracy of the equipment for thin-walled materials, while the 10mm and 15mm steps are suitable for medium- and thick-walled scenarios. The multi-step reflecting surfaces eliminate the differences in sound speed and probe delay errors. This design avoids the limitations of single-point calibration and can complete the full-range accuracy verification at one time. 2.
