1. Product Introduction
Musktool-ETCR1900 high-voltage near-electricity anti-touch intelligent early warning device provides an intelligent high-voltage near-electricity alarm device for electric work vehicles. When the working vehicle is close to the high-voltage transmission line for a certain distance, the device will send out an alarm signal to remind the operators that the equipment is close to the high-voltage power supply, pay attention to the danger, avoid the crane arm of the working vehicle from touching the high-voltage transmission line, and protect the safety of the workers and power facilities. The device is easy to operate and easy to install, providing a safe, practical and convenient high-voltage early warning equipment for operators in the environment of high-voltage lines. Musktool-ETCR1900 high-voltage proximity electric anti-touch intelligent early warning device is composed of a sensor, an external battery, a receiver, and a Bluetooth APP. The sensor adopts non-contact sensing technology to monitor the high-voltage electric field. The receiver receives the monitoring signal sent by the sensor. When the electric field strength reaches the set alarm value, the alarm function is triggered to send out sound and light alarm and voice alarm. The sensor and receiver use wireless communication, and the transmission distance is 200 meters. The device has alarm sensitivity adjustment and boundary alarm functions. Users can set the alarm sensitivity or self-set alarm distance on the receiver to adapt to the complex electric field environment. The receiver has bluetooth function, can view the alarm signal or set the alarm parameters. |
2. Product Composition
The device consists of a sensor, an external battery, a receiver, and a dedicated charger. Two external batteries are configured for user convenience. There are two installation methods for the device. There are magnets on the back of the sensor and the external battery, which can be attached to the front end of the boom, or they can be fixed on the back plate and installed on the insulating bucket. The sensor and external battery are waterproof and dustproof IP65. |
3. Product Features
1) Omni-directional electrical inspection function: the sensor adopts a planar antenna to detect the environmental electric field in an all-round way at 360°, and there is no dead angle for electrical inspection. 2) Full coverage of electric inspection range: electric inspection voltage: 1kV ~ 500kV, users do not need to select the voltage level gear, to avoid potential safety hazards caused by misoperation. 3) Sensitivity selection function: the receiver has 3 fine-tuning positions of high, medium and low. Users can choose the alarm sensitivity. The higher the sensitivity, the farther the alarm distance will be, so as to meet the user's application in complex electric field environment. 4) Boundary alarm function: Boundary alarm allows the user to set the alarm distance by himself when the standard setting distance cannot meet the needs, so as to meet the special needs of the user in special occasions. 5) Sound and light alarm function: When the alarm function is triggered, the alarm indicator light of the receiver will flash continuously, the buzzer will emit "beep-beep-beep", and the speaker will broadcast a voice prompt "There is danger of electricity, please do not approach". 6) Battery power reminder function: When the battery power of the sensor and receiver is lower than 6V, the receiver will send out a voice prompt "The battery power of the sensor/receiver is low", reminding to replace the battery or charge it as soon as possible. 7) Bluetooth communication: After connecting, you can view the alarm signal or set the alarm sensitivity. |
