Musktool-μMag series fluxgate magnetometers
| μMag series fluxgate magnetometers are handheld instruments that accurately measure weak static and low-frequency vector magnetic fields. μMag has high stability, linearity and accuracy. Compared with magnetic field measuring instruments based on the Hall effect principle or magnetoresistance effect principle, μMag is the best choice for measuring weak magnetic fields. The μMag series includes an electrical unit and a fluxgate probe, a six-core cable to connect the probe and the electrical unit. The electrical unit provides control signals to drive the probe and process the signals output by the probe. It also includes a switch and setting range for the electrical section. The 31/2 digital LCD displays the measured magnetic field value, and the dual-channel connector outputs the analog value of the measured magnetic field. There are two types of probes. The longitudinal probe measures the component of the magnetic field along the length of the probe. Transverse probes measure the vector component across the width of this probe. Both probes measure three vector components of the magnetic field by measuring three orthogonal axis magnetic fields. |
