Introduction
The ZXM-50 tension controller is a taper tension selected in two control modes. The user can enter the system parameters. The model of the controller is ZXM-32 or ZXM-50. The ZXM-32 type is a pulse-type taper control, and its function and principle are the same as the ZXM-32 tension controller of the company. ZXM-50 type is a kind of intelligent calculation roll size type high precision taper control, its principle is that the controller can control the traction reference shaft and roll at the same time. According to the velocity difference of the two shafts and the diameter of the preset traction reference rod, the rolling diameter of the material on the current reel shaft is calculated, so as to realize the taper tension control. ZXM-50 is not suitable for the mechanical transmission structure with large speed fluctuation or intermittent operation. |
