  • Xtester-HP-MB10 cable burn through bridge positioning system integrates burn through and digital bridge functions, using a high-performance digital signal processor as the control chip. The working process does not require manual intervention and can achieve automatic control throughout the entire process. In burn through mode, the maximum output voltage is 60kV and the maximum power is 1kw, which can quickly turn high resistance faults into low resistance. The digital bridge is composed of high-performance digital processors and digital potentiometers, with fully automatic fault location, high accuracy, and fast speed.

  • Xtester-HP-MB10 cable burn through bridge positioning system is particularly suitable for pre positioning insulation faults in complex cable systems with high voltage, large cross-section, and long length. For example, the insulation fault positioning of complex high voltage cables with GIS terminals and cross connections can be quickly completed without removing GIS switches and short-circuit cross connections.

FUNCTION

  • Xtester-HP-MB10 adopts a switching power supply to form a high-voltage and high-frequency power source, with high voltage and stable current. The burn through process is operated with one click, and the entire process is automatically controlled. The results of the burn through resistance can be monitored.

  • Multiple highly reliable isolated power modules are used to power the system, and the panel is strictly isolated from high voltage, ensuring safe and reliable touch screen operation. Specially customized four core shielded high-voltage measurement cable with copper mesh braided shielding layer for reliable grounding and safe use. The four terminal resistance measurement method avoids errors introduced by lead resistance.

  • The integrated design of burn through and bridge, with clever functional combination, compared with the wave reflection method, the bridge method has no blind spots and extremely low error rate, making it particularly suitable for judging the breakdown points of short cables and near the ends.
